We are excited to announce that Mitch Little, a committed Republican and constitutional conservative, aspiring to represent the House District 65, has signed the Texas Nationalist Movement’s Political Action Committee’s TEXAS FIRST pledge.

Mitch Little has made a political commitment to prioritize the interests of Texas and its citizens above all. Holding a pledge to uphold the freedoms outlined under Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution, he promises to respect Texas’s inherent right to alter, reform, or abolish its government as mandated by its people. Underscoring his commitment is a promise to vote for legislation and resolutions pushing for a referendum on Texas regaining its position as an independent nation, should his campaign for office be successful.

Hailing from Texas, Mitch is a seasoned business attorney at Scheef & Stone, LLP. His impressive legal career is marked by his tireless fight for private property rights, representation of securities fraud victims, and his dedication to assist entrepreneurs across various industries, including real estate and oil and gas. Perhaps most notably, Mitch was part of the high-profile attorney team defending conservative Attorney General Ken Paxton against a baseless impeachment attempt initiated by Democrats and liberal House leadership.

Mitch Little, an alumnus of Harvard University and the University of Texas Law School, is a proud Texan. He and his wife, Kelly, reside in Lewisville, raising their three children, Molly, Matthew, and Lucy.

A dedicated community leader, Mitch, alongside his wife, is a committed member of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship. Beyond his legal career and community involvement, Mitch is deeply rooted in his faith. As a committed Christian, he pledges to always defend constitutional freedoms and respect individual liberty.

With his signing of the TEXAS FIRST pledge, Mitch Little reiterated his commitment to work toward a fair and expedient separation of Texas from the federal government, should a majority of Texans vote in favor of Texas reasserting its status as an independent nation. This commitment speaks volumes to his dedication to put Texans and Texas first.
