The Vires Law Group, in collaboration with the Chris Byrd Law Firm and supported by the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation, announces the submission of requests to the District Attorneys of twenty-two Texas counties to initiate criminal investigations into Dr. Anthony Fauci and other officials for alleged crimes against the citizens of Texas before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

These criminal referral requests target the District Attorneys of Angelina, Bexar, Brazos, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Fort Bend, Galveston, Guadalupe, Grayson, Gregg, Harris, Hays, Johnson, Lubbock, Montgomery, Smith, Tarrant, Tom Green, Travis, and Wise counties. This effort is bolstered by donations from individuals and entities like the Fight Like A Flynn PAC, led by retired Lieutenant General Mike Flynn, former National Security Advisor.

Attorneys Rodriguez, Miller, and Byrd have requested these District Attorneys to refer the cases to Attorney General Ken Paxton for further investigation and charges. This is on behalf of the next-of-kin of 46 victims in Texas who have sought their help in probing the deaths of their loved ones, allegedly due to hospital protocols during COVID, mishandling of COVID-19 infections, and the denial or suppression of essential treatments in Texas hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities. The referrals accuse Dr. Fauci, both current and former federal officers, and Texas healthcare systems of committing various crimes under the Texas Penal Code, including:

  • Capital Murder (Tex. Penal Code §19.03(a)(7)),
  • Murder (Tex. Penal Code §19.02(b)),
  • Manslaughter (Tex. Penal Code §19.04),
  • Trafficking of Persons (Tex. Penal Code §20A.02),
  • Participation in enterprise through racketeering or unlawful debt collection (Tex. Penal Code §72.04) by Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity (Tex. Penal Code §71.02),
  • Injury to a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual (Tex. Penal Code §22.04),
  • Abandoning or endangering a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual (Tex. Penal Code §22.041(c)),
  • Unlawful Restraint (Tex. Penal Code §20.02).

Additionally, the request for investigation targets the following individuals and officers:

  • Cliff Lane, Deputy Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases,
  • Francis Collins, former Director, National Institutes of Health,
  • Deborah Birx, former White House COVID Response Coordinator & former Director of DOD HIV Research at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research,
  • Rochelle Walensky, former Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,
  • Stephen Hahn, former Commissioner, Federal Drug Administration,
  • Robert Redfield, former Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,
  • Peter Daszak, President, Eco-Health Alliance,
  • Rick Bright, Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority,
  • Administrators and Healthcare Providers of Texas hospital systems, including Baylor, Scott, & White Hospital System (“BSW”).

The attorneys, along with many concerned citizens, stress the importance of a thorough investigation by the Texas Attorney General and his team to ascertain if the evidence justifies indictment and prosecution for the alleged crimes. Should the evidence suggest probable cause, they expect the State of Texas to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. The submission argues that the accused, through their actions, either as state actors or private proxies for state actions, committed crimes violating both the U.S. Constitution and the Texas Constitution.

There are nationwide calls for accountability, echoed by Senator Ron Johnson and Congressman Chip Roy. The legal stance suggests that if these federal officers, former officials, and hospital systems are to be held accountable for COVID-related offenses, it must be through state or county criminal processes. The call to action urges the People of Texas to support the victims and their families, aiding the District Attorneys and AG Paxton in unveiling the truth behind the victims’ suffering and securing justice for these egregious crimes.
