State Representative Steve Toth, who has gained recognition as a committed conservative, a Taxpayer Champion, and a Faith & Family Champion, has signed the Texas Nationalist Movement’s (TNM) TEXAS FIRST pledge.

The TEXAS FIRST pledge is a commitment underscoring the importance of prioritizing the interests of Texas and Texans. By taking this pledge, Toth has promised to uphold Texan rights as stated in Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution, which empowers Texans to alter, reform, or abolish their government. The pledge includes fervent advocacy for legislation and resolutions that could potentially reinstate Texas as an independent nation.

Toth, hailing from South Montgomery County, has successfully used the skills and experience he gained through a fruitful business consulting and construction career to serve his constituents. From eliminating Common Core in Texan schools to standing firm against federal overreach in Texas, Toth’s legislative accomplishments are a testament to his enduring dedication to conservative values.

Toth is known for his public service spanning over the years. He has made significant strides in the spheres of county government ethics reform, parental visitation rights at schools, educational services for dyslexic students, and the prohibition of Critical Race Theory in the classrooms.

Running for reelection to the Texas House of Representatives District 15, Toth is set to maintain this trajectory under the banner of the Republican party. His extensive work, as noted by conservatives and Texans alike, combined with his fervor for putting Texas and Texans first, will undeniably impact his legislative actions moving forward. His signature on the TEXAS FIRST pledge reiterates his desire to place Texas’s interests at the forefront.
