About Margaret Byfield
Margaret Byfield brings over 30 years of experience in natural resource policy to her role as the Executive Director of ASL. Her journey began on Pine Creek Ranch in Central Nevada, where her family was involved in a 27-year legal battle, Hage v. United States, against radical environmental agendas. Margaret collaborates with policy leaders at local, state, and federal levels to safeguard the production of America’s essential resources—food, fiber, minerals, and energy. She leads the national “Property Rights Task Force” and the “Multiple-Use Alliance,” initiatives aimed at confronting and mitigating the erosion of property rights in America.
Why You Should Attend
Margaret Byfield is a leading voice on property rights issues, and her work is instrumental in shaping policies that protect individual rights while serving the broader interests of resource management and sustainable development.
