About JoAnn Fleming

JoAnn Fleming has been a leader in the constitutional conservative movement for over 30 years. She serves as the Executive Director of Grassroots America – We the People PAC, the largest all-volunteer constitutional conservative organization in Texas. JoAnn has also served as a self-term-limited Smith County Commissioner and is an unpaid political advisor at local, state, and federal levels. She has been instrumental in educating Texans about the legislative process and the need for conservative reforms. JoAnn holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and has a professional background in Oil and Gas Accounting/Field Operations and small business consulting.
