We are pleased to announce that Sheila Hemphill, a dedicated advocate for grassroots activism and legislative change, will be a featured speaker at TEXITCON 2023. Hosted by the Texas Nationalist Movement, TEXITCON serves as a platform for thought leaders and experts to discuss Texas independence, politics, and self-determination. The conference is scheduled for November 9-12 in Waco, Texas.

About Sheila Hemphill

Residing in Brady, Texas, with her husband Mark, a 6th generation rancher, and their two children, Sheila Hemphill has been a cornerstone in rural economic development efforts since 2003. She possesses a wide array of professional skills that enable her to identify problems and communicate effective solutions swiftly. Her advocacy work is deeply rooted in her commitment to truth and justice. While the Texas legislature is in session, Sheila serves as a registered Texas Lobbyist, focusing on areas such as hemp, health, and healing. Unlike many lobbyists, Sheila takes instructions only from her conscience, sought through prayer and the counsel of Godly individuals. In 2017, she founded Texas Right To Know (TRTK), a coalition of citizen advocacy groups aimed at informing and connecting people about local and state legislative issues affecting their lives.

Why You Should Attend

Sheila Hemphill’s extensive experience in both economic development and legislative advocacy makes her an invaluable contributor to TEXITCON 2023. Her insights will enrich discussions on how grassroots movements and legislative action can work hand-in-hand for the betterment of Texas.
