About Allen Fletcher

Born on April 9, 1955, Allen Fletcher is a native of Tomball, Texas. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and has graduated from both the East Texas Police Academy and the Houston Police Academy. His roles within the Houston Police Department have been diverse, ranging from Officer to Negotiator on the Negotiation Team in the Tactical Operations Division, and even Supervisor in the Office of the Inspector General. From 2008 to 2017, Allen served as the Representative for District 130 in the Texas State House of Representatives. During his tenure, he was a member of several key committees, including Business and Industry, and Transportation. He also chaired the Emerging Issues in Texas Law Enforcement Committee. Currently, Allen is the CEO of Resource Protection Management and has been actively involved in various civic engagements.
