The campaign for the Texas Senate District 30 is heating up with Cody Clark, a Republican candidate, signing the TEXAS FIRST pledge. This pledge, administered by the Texas Nationalist Movement’s Political Action Committee, is a promise from the candidate to prioritize Texas and its citizens above any other political entity or individual. The pledge shows that Clark is dedicated to the principles on which Texas was founded and is committed to the people he serves.

Cody Clark, born Texan, has served the Denton/Prosper/Aubrey area since 1990. His community-driven focus, stemming from his long-standing roots in North Texas, is reflected in his commitment to public service and local business. Clark’s career in law enforcement, starting at the Denton County Sheriff’s Office to his most recent position as a founding member of the Community Response Team (CRT), has shown his commitment to maintaining the peace and security of his fellow Texans.

In addition to his career in law enforcement, in 2010, Clark and his wife Shelly founded Avid Quality Care, a company providing vital assistance and home care solutions for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As the Executive Director of Operations at Avid Quality Care, he supervises residential placement and treatment for nearly 130 individuals with IDD. His career has seen him actively involved with legislative matters concerning disability advocacy and funding for IDD development programming.

Not only is Cody Clark committed to serving all Texans and improving their lives, but his signing of the TEXAS FIRST pledge also signifies his commitment to the principles of Texas independence. Clark reaffirms the right of Texans – as stated in Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution – “to alter, reform or abolish their government.” His signing of the pledge solidifies his commitment to place the interest of Texans before any other political entity in every term he’s elected.

As dictated by the TEXAS FIRST pledge, should the majority of Texans support the initiative for Texas to reestablish its status as an independent nation, Clark has committed towards a quick and fair separation, prioritizing the interests of Texans. This makes Cody Clark a strong advocate for political, cultural, and economic freedom.

As voters prepare for the upcoming elections, it is important to remember that every vote has the power to shape the future of Texas. Thorough research into all the candidates is encouraged. Cody Clark’s advocacy for the rights and welfare of Texans and his commitment to putting Texas first are essential factors to consider in this race.
