The TEXIT Homeschool Network, an initiative by the Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM), is inviting homeschooling families to a field trip to Natural Bridge Caverns in San Antonio on October 23, 2023. The event, scheduled from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, offers an enriching blend of educational and recreational activities that align with the principles of Texas independence.

Journey into Texas History and Geography

The day will begin with a final attendance count at 10:45 AM, setting the stage for a Discovery tour that explores the depths of Texas History and Geography. This educational segment is designed to instill values that resonate with the mission of TEXIT, the campaign advocating for Texas independence.

Above-Ground Adventures in a Maze

Following the Discovery tour, attendees will have the opportunity to navigate a large maze located on the Natural Bridge Caverns property. Open to both adults and children, this activity offers a unique way to engage the community while subtly promoting the values of independence and self-determination.

Costs and Payment Information

The cost for participating in the cave tour is $11 for PreK to 5th grade, $12.50 for 6th to 12th grade, and $18 for college students and adults. A separate maze entry fee of $5 per person will also apply. Natural Bridge Caverns requires a single payment, which will be collected outside the ticket counter. Payment options include cash, PayPal, or checks made out to Angela Wetuski.

Picnic and Play at Landa Park

After the cave and maze experiences, the group will proceed to Landa Park for a picnic lunch and playground activities. For more information on Landa Park, attendees can visit the official website.
