TNM Responds To Attempted “Cancel Culture” Assault on Anti-Censorship Rally

The Texas Nationalist Movement stands firmly against censorship and cancel culture. That is why we are outraged by the recent cancellation of our upcoming “Rally Against Censorship” event, scheduled for January 26th.

Southern Star Brewery, the original venue for the event, withdrew under pressure from those who seek to silence opposing viewpoints. This kind of cancel culture is detrimental to our constitutional republic and goes against the very principles of self-government and self-determination that we stand for.

According to reports, the decision to cancel the event was made after Southern Star came under pressure from its sponsor, H-E-B Grocery Stores, who threatened to end business dealings with the brewery if they continued with the event. This is a clear example of the kind of censorship and suppression of dissenting voices that we have come to expect from those who oppose the right of Texans to self-determination.

The event, organized by Defiance Press Publishing, was to feature a lineup of speakers, including Kyle Rittenhouse, former Navy Seal Justin Sheffield, and Daniel Miller of the Texas Nationalist Movement.

The Texas Nationalist Movement is committed to the principle of self-government and self-determination for the people of Texas. We believe in the right of Texans to govern themselves, as outlined in Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution, which states that all political power is inherent in the people. TEXIT is the embodiment of this principle, and our mission is to give Texans the opportunity to vote on their political future as an independent nation.

We believe that censorship and cancel culture undermine the very principles of self-government and self-determination that we stand for. We will continue to fight against any attempts to silence the voices of Texans who want to exercise their right to self-determination and independence.

The cancellation of the venue for the Rally Against Censorship event serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing efforts of the political establishment to prevent Texans from having a vote on TEXIT. This is a direct attack on the fundamental principles of self-government and our constitutional republic.

We call on all Texans to stand with us in defense of our rights and our constitutional republic and to join us in the fight for TEXIT. The people of Texas deserve the right to vote on their political future and to govern themselves, free from the interference of outside interests.

We are grateful for the new venue that has stepped forward to host our event, and we encourage all Texans who believe in the principles of freedom of speech and self-government to reserve their tickets at rallyagainstcensorship.com.
