These bills focus on crucial aspects of the election process that are of significant importance to the TNM and TEXIT supporters, ensuring a fair vote when it comes time to decide on Texas independence.
HB 5234, known as the Election Accuracy, Transparency, and Accountability Act, intends to put elections back into the hands of the citizens, taking control away from corporations that currently oversee all aspects of the election process. This bill places strong safeguards to guarantee accuracy, transparency, and accountability in elections, addressing major concerns such as voting machines and election system vendors.
