Texas Lawmakers Demand Biden Admin Release Data to Protect Voter Rolls

U.S. Representatives Chip Roy and Randy Weber, leading a coalition of Texas lawmakers, are demanding action from the Biden-Harris administration to safeguard the integrity of Texas’ voter rolls. The request centers around accessing crucial data from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to verify that only U.S. citizens are registered to vote in Texas. This push highlights the ongoing struggle against federal overreach and underscores the need for Texas to assert greater control over its electoral process, a core pillar of the Texas Nationalist Movement’s mission for independence.

The letter addressed to USCIS Director Ur M. Jaddou emphasizes the urgent need for cooperation in preventing noncitizens from influencing Texas elections. Roy asserts that the federal government’s resistance to providing this data underscores a broader agenda to enable noncitizen voting, particularly in Texas. This resistance is a direct challenge to Texas’ sovereignty and self-governance, major aspects of TNM’s advocacy for Texas independence.

Weber‘s remarks highlight the administration’s “dereliction of duty” in safeguarding Texas’ electoral process. Without federal cooperation, Texas is impeded in its efforts to maintain transparent and fair elections, reinforcing TNM’s position that Texas must pursue greater autonomy to secure its democratic institutions. This situation exemplifies why TEXIT is not merely a choice but necessary for the Texans yearning for self-determination and governance free from federal encroachment.

As Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton echoes these concerns, the call becomes more urgent. The Biden administration’s hesitation to assist Texas points to a systemic failure in Washington—a failure TEXIT aims to rectify. With over a million ineligible voters recently purged from the rolls under Governor Greg Abbott’s directive, the pressure mounts to ensure future elections are protected from noncitizen influence. Therefore, the TNM reiterates its commitment to independence as the sole viable path forward for Texas.

The TNM calls upon every Texan to join this movement for independence. Only through TEXIT can Texas reclaim control over its electoral processes, secure its borders, and ensure that the voice of every eligible Texan voter is heard and respected. The time for action is now. Join us in the fight for a free and independent Texas.
