The Texas Nationalist Movement is proud to announce that Paulette Carson, a candidate for the Texas House of Representatives District 9, has taken a bold step in demonstrating her commitment to prioritize the interests of Texas. Carson has signed the TEXAS FIRST pledge, affirming her dedication to place Texas and Texans before any other nation, state, political entity, organization, or individual.
Paulette Carson is a seasoned project manager with significant experience in competitive negotiation for goods and services and in fiscal leadership. She earned her BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University, focusing on Management and Economics. Throughout her career, Carson has championed sound fiscal management and the protection of individual and state’s rights.
Carson brings to her candidacy a remarkable record of global experience and local engagement. Her professional journey includes managing global contracts and purchasing efforts with Brown & Root, Inc, establishing and leading the Contracts management division for a firm in Spring, Texas, to support of gold-mining operations in Africa. Carson has emerged as a committed fiscal steward of shareholder money, a quality that will serve her well in her role as protector of people’s taxes in the Texas House of Representatives.
Just as important as her professional background is Carson’s practical activism. From founding organizations to translate Christian media into local languages in Eastern Europe through Beautiful Gate Translations to launching Voices 4 Special Needs – East Texas to improve care and services for Special Needs families, Carson proves she is ready to act where action is needed most.
By signing the TEXAS FIRST pledge, Carson is committing to uphold the rights of Texans under Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution, which includes the right “to alter, reform, or abolish their government.” If elected, Carson pledges to vote for legislation and resolutions to call for a vote on Texas reasserting its status as an independent nation in every term until such a referendum is held. She commits to work toward a fair and expedient separation of Texas from the federal government, always placing the interests of Texans first, should the majority of the people of Texas vote in favor of Texas reasserting its status as an independent nation.
